Music & Movement Classes

In Music & Movement Classes, children explore the world of music and physical activity in a joyful and active way. Through making music, playing, and moving together, children learn the basic skills of both music and movement, while also developing balance, body control, and a sense of rhythm. Our goal is to offer children and families positive experiences and moments of success through music and movement.

During the classes, we move to the music, sing, explore rhythms, and use a wide variety of equipment such as balls, hoops, bean bags, and scarves. Obstacle courses and small “magical moments” are children’s favourites!

We also slow down and focus together on playing music. We use rhythm instruments, drums, and string instruments.
